Along with the Privacy Policy, this Agreement governs the use of this website (www.travelunraveled.co) (hereinafter referred to as 'the website'), and all purchases made by the visitors (hereinafter referred to as 'you' or 'user') from this website. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the User and TU and is hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement'.

 

The services and information offered on this website are available to you conditionally on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms enumerated in this Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions enumerated in this Agreement, you must not use the website or avail of any of the services provided herein.

 

TU reserves the right to change or revise these terms and conditions on this website at any time without prior notice. The changed/revised agreement shall be effective immediately after being posted on the website. Your use of the website after such revision or changes shall imply your acceptance to the changed/revised Agreement.
 

SCOPE OF SERVICE

TU offers a customized travel planning service. TU is not a registered travel agent and is not employed by any of the organizations that might be recommended in any of the suggested itineraries.  TU does not make any bookings with any organizations, companies, agents, hotels, accommodations etc. TU is not paid any commission for recommending any experience, accommodation, place of interest, organization, etc. TU will undertake travel planning on the basis of internet or literature-based research, communication with its own network and/or communication with organizations, companies, agents, hotels, accommodations, etc. The recommendations made by TU are therefore solely based on the requirement of the User and its own expertise.

 

WEBSITE

This website offers information and marketing materials provided directly by us or through third party sources. The website also allows you to purchase travel itineraries for trips planned by TU.

The content provided by us on the website is the exclusive property of TU and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws as applicable in India. You hereby acknowledge the content to be the intellectual property of TU and are restrained from sharing, transmitting, removing, changing or altering the same.

You are hereby licensed to view the pages on a browser. However, the license extends to your personal or official use of the website alone. Unless permitted expressly you may not republish, reproduce or redistribute the contents and services provided in the website or show or exploit the material provided on the website in public.

The itineraries and information provided by TU are the exclusive property of TU and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws as applicable in India. You hereby acknowledge the content to be the intellectual property of TU and are restrained from sharing, transmitting, removing, changing or altering the same.  

You are hereby licensed to view and use the itineraries and information provided by TU. However, the license extends to your personal or official use of the itineraries and information alone. Unless permitted expressly you may not republish, reproduce, redistribute, share or transmit the contents of the itineraries and information provided or show or exploit the material provided in public.

 

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

The itineraries made available by TU on the website and/or provided to the User by any other means are offered on ‘as is’ and ‘as available basis’. Furthermore, TU gives no guarantees or warranties for the reliability, suitability or punctuality of the services provided under the packages opted by you. The same are subjected to adjustments and modifications depending on circumstances, including but not limited to, Acts of God, road blockages, delayed arrival, delayed responses from third parties, accidents and other circumstances beyond the control of TU. Any extra cost that may arise due to the abovementioned circumstances shall be borne by the User alone.

It is the duty of the User to verify and confirm that the contents of the website and the itineraries provided meet the specific requirements of the User.

The final plans and itineraries shall be shared with the User only after the payment of the complete fees as agreed between TU and the User. The website provides various payment methods through third party payment providers for the convenience of the users. The User shall avail of these mediums for payment at their own risk. TU takes no responsibility for the risks and damages that may occur to the User by making use of these payment options.
 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We do not have any cancellation and refund policy. However, if the User wishes to cancel the services purchased for planning an itinerary due to any reason whatsoever, any refund shall be at the sole discretion of TU and any decision taken by TU regarding the amount of refund or no refund at all shall be final and binding on the User.

 

DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES

TU takes utmost care that the content and the services provided in the website, plans and itineraries shared are accurate, however some inaccuracies or deficiencies in the content and the services may occur. The information and the plans/ itineraries provided may be availed by the User at his own risk. TU herein disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, on the accuracy, veracity and suitability of the information and the services provided in this website and/or any itineraries shared. You hereby acknowledge that the information and services provided in this website and any plans/ itineraries shared may contain inaccuracies, deficiencies and errors.

The entire liability of TU shall come to an end upon the plan/itinerary being shared with the User and TU does not provide any warranties or guarantees whatsoever with regard to the quality of services, tours, experiences, flights, hotels, accommodations etc. described/recommended in the shared plans/itineraries.

TU is not responsible for and does not give any guarantee for any prices mentioned in the plan, as shared, and in the event of any increase or decrease in the prices of any services/ tours/ experiences/ hotels/accommodations etc. described/recommended in the shared plan/ itinerary, TU shall not be responsible or liable for any increase or decrease in the shared price in any manner whatsoever.

The price quoted for the plan/ itinerary can be modified by TU in its sole discretion and any such revision in price shall be binding on the User.   

TU also reserves the right to withhold the sharing of any plan/itinerary until the full payment as agreed upon between TU and the User is received by TU.

The customized itinerary shall be based solely on the information provided by the User. In the event that the User does not provide all the information requested for, prior to preparing the customized itinerary, TU shall not be responsible or liable for any amount whatsoever.

It is hereby agreed between the User and TU that the number of revisions to the plan/itinerary shared shall be limited to three and any further revisions shall be subject to a revised fee.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER

It is the duty of the User to verify that all the information provided to TU for trips to be planned by TU to be accurate.

In the event of any change in information after the initial submission, TU reserves the unilateral right to revise the price in its sole discretion and any such revision in price shall be binding on the User.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The extent of liability, and the extent of remedy, with respect to the contents of the website and the services provided herein, or any breach of agreement shall be limited to the extent of the amount paid by the User for the information of service provided. To the extent of contents and information that is provided free of charge on this website, TU will not be liable for any loss or damage arising therefrom.

TU shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or incidentally from the use of the website, its contents or the customized plans or itineraries provided on the website or any loss suffered by the User in payments made through the website or any loss of any nature whatsoever after the final customized plan has been shared.
 

INDEMNITY

You hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless TU through its proprietor and any of its employees, servants and agents from all liability, claims, damages cost and expenses, arising from breach of any obligations or warranties provided under this agreement, or from the use of the information, services and packages recommended on the website or shared in a customized plan pursuant to the use of this website
